Brewing Instructions

1. Boil Fresh water in a kettle. Do not overboil.
2. Wash your teapot with warm water and add one tea spoon (2 g) of tea leaves per cup
3. Pour the boiled water into the pot and cover with a tea cozy letting the leaf infuse for 3-4 minutes to secure full flavour
4. Stir and pour the tea through a strainer into tea cups and enjoy the full bodied flavour of Pure Darjeeling Tea
